BOXERCISE

In this class you will need boxing gloves. 
We advise you to bring your own (although we do have gloves at the venues)
We box and kick on the pads in partners. Awesome music and fun to keep you coming back each week.

Great fun, fat burning workout plus always lots of core/abs worked as well.

We mix up the class by also using kettlebells, weights and doing lots of core exercises.
