Natalie teaches a Hatha yoga class, with elements of yin yoga and mindfulness, giving her students a balanced approach with meditation and breathing techniques to help in daily life. The class starts with warming standing postures and vinyasa flow sequences, and moves onto a more floor-based and calm class. There is a 10-min relaxation at the end!
