Fitness class for mummies are specifically designed for post natal mums

Fitness class for mummies are specifically designed for post natal mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies.

Please make sure your GP / Midwife has completed your 6 week Check before commencing a class.

  • Low impact aerobic warm up
  • A mixture of upper and lower body conditioning exercises
  • Resistance bands, hand weights and stability balls.
  • Pilates Matwork exercises to promote good posture and strengthen your core stability (the abdominal and back area).
  • Relaxation and  stretch.
  • Only £6 a class

Babies come too, so no need for childcare. Your little ones can stay in buggies/car seats or play on a playmat.

(Babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling ONLY)
