Fun boxing class with pad work and station drills.
Boxercise is a high intensity interval training class based on boxing training.
We do a variety of partner work, drills and stations.
It differs from boxing in that boxing is a competitive sport whereas Boxercise includes aspects of boxing training but not sparring.
This fun boxing class will have you working hard, lots of fun and wanting more.
