Bootcamps really are for everyone and we vary camps every week. We include exercises such as Kettle bells, boxing, Tyres, team games, skipping and lots lots more…..!
We now have team of Bootcamp instructors and they are there every step of the way to guide you and help you achieve your goals.

NEW BOXING BOOTCAMP Monday 7.30pm – outside the studio
Tuesdays 9.15am – Crabtree
Wednesdays 7.15pm – outside the studio
Fridays 9.15am – Crabtree
