P90X

A mix of weights and HIIT makes this an awesome class.

This class is a total body cardio and strength training class that uses body weight as well as dumbbells, weight plates and resistance tubing.

This is a tough class but anyone can come and try and all modifications are given if needed.

Thursdays 7.15pm – 8pm
